Contact Cairns AV Hire for a quote
Call, email or send the form to Cairns AV Hire, the technician-operated audio visual production company based in Cairns, Far North Queensland. Mark answers the phone himself, writes every quote and usually replies within one business day. Short notice, remote locations and unusual requests are welcome.
We specialise in complete, professionally operated AV solutions — not dry equipment hire. Every quote includes the technicians to run the job.
Where we work
We come to you, anywhere in Far North Queensland
Cairns AV Hire is a service business: we come to your venue rather than customers visiting a shopfront. We are based in Cairns and produce events everywhere north of and including Townsville, from Port Douglas and the Atherton Tablelands to Weipa, Cape York, the Gulf and the Torres Strait.
What to include so the quote is accurate first time
- The venue and the date, or the room to be fitted out
- Rough numbers: delegates, guests or crowd size
- The programme or running order, even a draft
- Remote presenters or online viewers, and the platform if you have one
- Anything unusual: outdoor site, limited power, touring rider, multiple rooms
Not sure what you need? Tick "Not sure yet" on the form and describe the event. Mark will recommend what is worth your money and what is not.
