Information provided to Cairns AV Hire is utilized solely for legitimate commercial functions:

• Preparing tailored audiovisual quotes and scoping technical requirements.
• Coordinating logistical bump-in, live technical operations, and bump-out schedules with clients and venue operators.

4. Production Media and Photography

We do not capture or publish commercially confidential corporate presentations, proprietary business slides, or personal close-up photography without explicit consent. If an event or touring artist is subject to non-disclosure or image capture restrictions, written notice provided prior to load-in will be honored in full.

Where we live stream or record an event on the Client's behalf, the recording belongs to the Client and is handled according to their instructions. Attendees and remote participants may be visible or audible in that recording; it is the Client's responsibility to notify participants. Platform credentials supplied to us are used only for the engagement and are not retained afterwards.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact or business information to third parties. We may disclose data only in the following limited situations:

• Operational Contractors: Subcontracted audio/lighting engineers, riggers, or logistics drivers directly assigned to deliver your event.
• Venue Management: Providing contact details to security or venue facilities staff solely to obtain site loading access permits.
